Does my card ever expire?
Yes. Once the return is delivered to our distribution center, the e-credit will be disabled, if left unused.
If I lose my card, how can I get it back?
Once the e-credit has been disabled, the return will be processed. Once processed, the customer will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
Why was I issued a card and not a refund?
An e-credit is issued when a web order is returned. The e-credit gives the customer a chance to place a new order right away, without having to wait for a refund.
How do I use my bank card on a future purchase?
Just copy the card code right in the "Gift card and discount" box at checkout. Click apply and the card will apply to the order.
